Australian Singer Stops Set To Save Fan From Being Choked By Security

“He just wanted a high-five!”













Jenna McDougall, lead singer of Australian band Tonight Alive, stopped security from arresting a punter who jumped the barricade at the Soundwave Festival in Brisbane on the weekend.

As security choked the man, McDougall intervened, saying it was her fault as she was just giving out high-fives to the fans earlier.

When security didn't relent, McDougall jumped down to directly stop the attack.

After security got off the punter, he got his high-five and a hug from McDougall, and the band carried on with the set.
