‘Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ & ‘New Girl’ Lead Tuesday Live+3 Ratings Gains

How competitive is Monday night this fall? There were a whopping six telecasts on the season's opening night to add more than a rating point among adults 18-49 in Live+3, with four of them gaining a 1.5 or more points. In comparison, only one program on Tuesday, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., added more than a rating point in 18-49, and the gain was a 1.1. That represented a 52 percent lift vs. Live+same day (2.2) for the comic book drama.
