Lachlan And James Murdoch Given Big New Roles At News Corp, 21st Century Fox

News Corp made two announcements early Wednesday morning outlining changes to its board and that of 21st Century Fox, and both involving Rupert Murdoch’s sons. Lachlan Murdoch has been named Non-Executive Co-Chairman of News Corp and has been given the same title at 21st Century Fox, the media and entertainment arm of the conglomerate.
